| Objective of the Project |
The most appropriate level where it is possible to take adaptation measures to climate change is a local level. Therefore the project focuses on the level of Czech regional district towns (ORP). The aim is to raise awareness of public administration representatives about adaptation measures using concrete experience of Norwegian cities. In two towns - Hradek n.N. and Nový Bor these measures will be reflected in a city planning. In these towns there will be also organised campaigns for the public about climate change and its local impacts. At the end, a conference will be organised. |
