We are Upper Secondary School that has 4 main vocational study branches:
- Chemistry
- Fire Protection
- Security and Law
- Hairdressing

We have around 1000 students (15-19 years) and around 150 staff (110 teachers).
Our students have great access to put their knowledge in practice during their studies and we want to succeed in giving all students courage and desire for learning – a lifelong learning. For that they need in their future adult life.
We have a strong network of companies or institutions nationally and internationally that we work with in many ways (students’ traineeship, supporting competitions, promoting STEM professions, our school organise re-qualification courses for company staff, working on developing innovative teaching methods, etc.).

We have vast experience in international activities from 1992. We act as coordinators and partners in different initiatives. We are open for discussion in different areas that are connected to STEM, environment, digitalisation, entrepreneurship, health, development of soft skills.

We have implemented projects that are related to vocational studies, new methods of teaching (e.g. active-based, cooperation learning), digital tools in classes, improvement of education quality (e.g. ECVET) and we are intended to continue.

We have already plans or some interest to have projects connected to AR glasses, CLIL, peer learning, critical thinking, storytelling in teaching, digital tools in learning, cultural awareness teaching, etc.
Our school would be interested to organise summer camp/school as exchange of students, send or host students for practical training, share knowledge on different tools of teaching, work on developing innovative teaching methods.
