We are a small rural municipality of Němčice in East Bohemia. We aim to create a good place to live for our inhabitants, to protect our culture historical monuments and traditional crafts for the next generations. In the cooperation with the primary school in our village we support practical education of children and young people in our region and returning back to the nature and historical values. We own a historical building in the village that could be used for the traditional education of children and the youth after its reconstruction. The village is situated close to the famous historical town of Litomysl city and the village is also known for the high amount of historical water mills.

We became owners of a deteriorating building built in 18th century as a roadside inn. It is a beautiful wooden folk architecture building registred as a Czech culture monument. Our aim is to preserve the building and the traditional craft for the next generation. We have the project prepared for a very sensitive reconstruction protected all the traditional issues - square closed area with the inside backyard, casing construction, mansard shingle roof, black kitchen, paintings on the ceiling putlogs. The historical building will serve as a Centre of traditional and practical education where children and young people will be tought in traditional crafts, gardening, farming and caring for animals.
