Another subject matter of the project and an integral activity of the project is the education of medical staff in the field of long-term monitoring of high-risk newborns. This activity will improve the overall prognostic of risk infants and improve conditions for the early and accurate diagnosis of disorders of child development. The project includes a creation and implementation of the preventive dispensary care programme. During the supplies of equipment and staff training the secondary and tertiary prevention programmes will also be started. Particularly, it will be introduced the examination in the field of the pathology of the head, abdominal and chest cavities, examination of the eye, ENT and oral examinations. At the same time, the programmes will be implemented and the Dispensary Care Centre activities will start under the coordination of individual expert activities to detect timely health problems and begin early treatment.
