Guidelines of the NFP on small scale tenders within EEA and Norway grants 2009-2014 – clarification of relevance for foreign project partners

Based on many questions the NFP clarifies that the above mentioned Guidelines is binding only for Czech project partners. Foreign project partners (incl. project partners from donor countries) are obliged to follow their national procurement legislation for preparation and realization of small scale tenders.
